We are going to have a talk & welcome party on Sunday, January 5th with Darius Mirshahi, a member of Art & Activity Collective "Beehive Design Collectiove" in North America.
Founded in 2000 in the United States, Beehive Design Collective is an activism oriented art collective creating a number of large format pen and ink posters, which seek to provide a visual alternative to destruction of complicated social and political issues ranging from globalization to climate change in recent years.
This time, as part of our tour in Japan, we will hold a casual gathering and welcome hot-pot party at art space tetra. Let's talk with them and enjoy hot pot together.

1月5日（日）に北米のアート/アクティビスト・コレクティブ「Beehive Design Collective (ビーハイブ・デザイン・コレクティブ）」のメンバーDarius Mirshahi氏を囲んでのトーク＆歓迎鍋パーティを開催します。
アメリカで2000年に結成されたBeehive Design Collectiveは、インク・ペン画の技法によるポスター、バナーの共同制作活動を通じて、グローバル資本主義や環境破壊、気候変動をテーマに、それらに立ち向かうストーリーを動物や昆虫といったメタファーを通じて描き出し、人々に伝える活動を続けています。
今回、日本でのツアーの一貫で福岡にも立ち寄り、art space tetraにてトーク＆歓迎鍋パーティを開催します。彼らの近年のプロジェクト「MesoAméricaResiste（メソアメリカ の抵抗）」について話を聞きながら、ベジタリアン鍋を囲みたいと思います。
新年最初の日曜日の夜ですが、ぜひ暖かい鍋をみんなで一緒に囲みましょう！
